The EVA foam has just enough give that my terrier can really sink her teeth in without me worrying about chunks breaking off. We've been playing tug with it every evening and it's held up way better than the rope toys she destroyed in a week.

My lab gets so amped when I pull this stick out, and the pliable EVA foam means it doesn't hurt when he swings it around during fetch. It's light enough for him to carry on walks but still tough after a few weeks of daily chewing.

The EVA foam has held up way better than the rope toys my dog usually destroys in a day. Only gripe is it picks up grass and dirt pretty fast, so I rinse it off after park trips. Still, it's light enough for him to carry around and squeaks just enough to keep him interested.
