Stuffed a few kibble pieces inside the hollow bone and it kept my pup busy for a solid half hour. The rubber has enough give for tug games but doesn't shred, which surprised me.
The rubber really holds up to aggressive tugging, which was my main worry since my shepherd destroys most toys in days. Tucking kibble into the hollow center keeps her busy for a solid twenty minutes.
My dog is a serious chewer and this bone has survived a few weeks so far, which is more than I can say for most toys. The hollow middle is great for stuffing treats when I need to keep him busy. Only gripe is that the openings are a bit small for bigger biscuits.
