Swapping out the water used to mean a puddle on the cage floor every time, but the no-spill valve has completely fixed that. My parrot finally has a steady supply of clean water and I'm not wiping up messes twice a day.
The no-spill valve really works—I can lift the waterer off its base to refill without a single drip on the cage floor. My parakeets took to it the first day, and the water stays noticeably cleaner than with their old open dish.
Filling the silo takes seconds and I don't have to top it off every day anymore, which my parakeets appreciate as much as I do. The no-spill valve really does what it says when I lift the waterer out for a rinse.
