The pretzel shape keeps my pup busy for a solid ten minutes, and the duck flavor is strong enough that even my lab who usually loses interest in chews sticks with it. Collagen as the main ingredient was a nice bonus for her joints.
My dog is picky and usually snubs anything that isn't meat, but she chewed this collagen pretzel down to a nub in one sitting. I like that beef gelatin is the first ingredient, so it feels like a treat that's actually doing something for her joints.
The duck scent is mild enough that I don't mind handing these over, and the beef gelatin base makes them firm but not rock-hard. My pup finishes one in about ten minutes, which is a decent distraction for the price.
