The latch snapped right into the existing holes on my kennel cab door, no drilling or fiddling needed. Nice long tab makes it way easier to grab and open than the stubby original. Solid plastic too, feels like it'll outlast the door itself.
Wasn't sure a replacement part would fit as snugly as the original, but this latch lined up perfectly with the holes on my kennel door. The plastic feels sturdy, not flimsy like some cheap knockoffs. My dog's kennel is secure again for a fraction of what a new one would cost.
Snapped right onto my old kennel cab door and the fit is snug, no wiggle at all. The long tab gives you a solid grip when you're pulling the door open, which my short original latch never did.
