The screw-on plastic bolt is so much sturdier than fiddly wires—my budgie can’t knock it loose no matter how hard she tugs. It took me maybe two minutes to attach it to the cage bars, and now the cuttlebone actually stays put for once.
My cockatiel used to knock the old wire holder off the cage bars every single day, but this one screws right on tight and doesn’t budge, even when she yanks at the cuttlebone. Took me about a minute to attach it to the horizontal bar, and it’s solid on the vertical side too. So glad I don’t have to
My cockatiel used to shred the wire holders in days, so the screw-on plastic bolt is a game changer. It took me under a minute to attach it to the cage bars, horizontal this time, and it holds the cuttlebone rock solid without any wobble. Finally, a holder that actually lasts.
